Two Nickels' 21 years in Juneau,Alaska posed many pizza delivery obstacles and learning experiences.
Delivering pizza in inclement weather, on slick icy roads, or to massive international cruise ships were norms for our delivery drivers.
Weather was not our only Obstacle. Finding skilled and dedicated employees is a task that isn't easy to manage. Pizza delivery is a high turnover job so being able to make quick hires and doing it safely is something we know all too well.

Delivering pizzas to your customers requires control over a lot of moving parts. Staff and their vehicles, licenses, driving history, and background checks are all required to run a safe and effcient delivery system. Without these things you will essentially be hiring strangers off the street to handle your product. Ultimately you are liable for any accident that occurs within the scope of employment.
